Please help us be more efficient by arriving on time for your appointment.  Just like the airlines, one small delay can have a ripple effect all day, inconveniencing many.

We understand that life is busy and schedules change, so we would greatly appreciate at least 24 hours notice if you must adjust your appointment time.  If you will be late, please call us so we may decide if it is best to reschedule.  If you are running late and we don't hear from you, the appointment may be canceled.  Missed appointments without notice may require future appointments to be held with a credit card.
